Original Air Con. located under the dashboard which is very ugly and uncomfortable.

Looking from the passenger side, the Air con. set is isolated from the dashboard. And it looks like after market air con. set. eventhough it isn't.

Taken out the cooling core for cleaning and checking the motor..

The heater set in side the dashboard was removed by previous owner and installed the cooling core with motor&blower set (regular after market air con. set which known as FOMULAR brand) Behind the dashboard, it surprises me that the insulator was fitted from the factory. It is very thick and cover all over the fire wall. Moreover, the insulator is not installed only inside the car but throughout the firewall in the engine room.

Very dirty. That is why I feel the air con. is not cool and blower speed is too slow.

Cleaning the cooling core with coil cleaner. You see! now it clean. The result is amazing. The blower speed is now high and the air con. is very cool.

Currently I take out the original air con. set in order to make room available for my legs and extra tray. On the other hand, air con. is now getting out from the dashboard in 4 ways. (2 central and one each for the front seats) All cost me only Bt 700 including taken out original air con. set, cleaning cooling core, vaccum the air from the air con. system, and recharge the 12R.
